COMPUTING SOCIETY OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC.


The Computing Society of the Philippines is an organization promoting research and development in computing science, computer science, computer engineering, computational science, information and communications technology (ICT) education and related disciplines by promoting the exchange of knowledge in this field, especially at the tertiary and graduate levels.

Objectives:
  • Promote research and development in Computing Science. 
  • Contribute in the improvement of Computing Science education, especially at the tertiary and graduate levels. 
  • Promote the exchange of knowledge in Computing Science. 
  • Advocate for progressive policies and programs that affect the computing sector. 
  • Establish linkages with other organizations in the pursuit of common goals.

Founded in 2005, the Philippine Computing Journal is published by the Computing Society of the Philippines (CSP), Inc. It appears twice yearly and contains original peer-reviewed papers in computing (including computer science, computational science and engineering, information and communications technology, computer education, and allied disciplines).
